This apartment located at Soi Langsuan, Bangkok central business district, which is close to numerous Premier Offices, Shopping Centre, Embassies as well as Lumpini Park.There is totally 129 units over 36 floors feature with Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, Three and Four Bedroom Penthouse. Each of room furnished with a tastefully and contemporary decor.
We firstly inspected Four Bedroom Penthouse which is the largest type of this property. The total size is 380 Sqm. and only 1 unit in the building. The unique of penthouse is the 360° view from balcony as this room covering whole area on 1 floor.
There is 4 Bedroom, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathroom.This penthouse accept only a long term guest but Moveandstay can do for you if you want to stay for 1 or 2 months if the unit is available.
Then we inspected Studio, One and Two Bedroom on a different floor. Every rooms are same design and use the an earth tone colour. It's suitable for the person who need a privacy and homely.
After inspection, we joined cocktail party which took place at Three Bedroom Penthouse, so you can imagine how big it is.
We greet with many agents from a lot of company and at the end of party, there's a lucky draw for a free stay at Fraser Property in Asia like Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan, also Bangkok.
The sad thing is Moveandstay got nothing :(
